Pricing and Payment
<\/b>Prices are displayed in Euros and include use of the swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols, chilled water and ice dispenser & shower block. Washing machine is extra and takes \u20ac1 coins.<\/p>\n

A 50% deposit is required with booking via our website where you can pay using a card of your choice or paypal. The other 50% should be paid 14 days before arrival.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy
<\/b>Refunds for cancellation will be paid as follows:<\/p>\n

    1. 60 days prior to arrival \u2013 50% refund of deposit paid<\/li>\n
    2. 30 days prior to arrival \u2013 10% refund of deposit paid<\/li>\n
    3. 14 days prior to arrival \u2013 0% refund<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Moulin Br\u00fbl\u00e9 reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time and issue customers with a full refund. No liability will be accepted for any further costs or payments associated with your holiday.<\/p>

      Arrival and departures<\/b>
      Arrival after 15.00 hours Departure before 11.00 hours please.<\/p>\n

      Damage to site and property
      <\/b>We reserve the right to seek financial reimbursement for damages at our discretion.<\/p>\n

      Ambience
      <\/b>We hope with have created a friendly, peaceful, retreat for those seeking a relaxing holiday. With this in mind, we ask all guests to observe a respectful period of quiet from 23.00-08.00. Those creating a repeated disturbance to others will be asked to leave forfeiting any monies paid.<\/p>\n

      <\/a>Dogs
      <\/b>We have one dog friendly pitch (for one dog) available on site at any time. Please keep your pet tethered close to your accommodation to avoid disturbance to other guests.<\/p>\n

      Allergies are becoming increasingly common so we regret while we are happy to welcome pets onto our site we cannot permit them to stay in our g\u00eete or static home.<\/p>\n

      Fires & Cooking
      <\/b>We are in a high fire risk area. Fires and charcoal are prohibited. Please use a gas BBQ or electric plancha.<\/p>\n

      Swimming Pool
      <\/b>      <\/a>The pool is 10x5m and 1m at the shallow end and 1.2m at the deep end. Jumping and diving are therefore not permitted. Care should be taken when using the solar shower as it can become very hot. The pool is used at your own risk.<\/p>\n

      We do not permit dogs in the pool enclosure. However, the dog friendly pitch is visible from the pool and providing your pet will stay quietly you are permitted to leave them on your pitch while you swim.<\/p>\n

      <\/a>Shower Block
      <\/b>We have a total of 4 free-flowing showers, 4 toilets and 4 wash hand basins. (2 Mens 2 Ladies). Stools and electricity for hairdryers \/ shavers is available. Toilet paper and hand wash are provided. Because we are in the countryside, all these facilities are hooked up to a septic tank (fosse septique<\/em>). Please keep this in mind when flushing toilets.<\/p>\n

      Laundry Facilities
      <\/b>The laundry room is equipped with a state of the art Miele washing machine (6\u00d71\u20ac coins) which takes \u20ac1 coins. An iron, ironing board and drying rack are available free of charge.<\/p>\n

      Sporting Equipment
      <\/b>Electric bikes are available for hire in Eymet. We can arrange to book one for your visit. One electric bike, a 61 inch Batavus race bicycle and a helmet are available for hire at the campsite.<\/p>\n

      Vehicles on site
      <\/b>In order to preserve the tranquillity of the campsite we request all vehicles are kept in the shady car park at our entrance driveway. Vehicles left at owners risk.<\/p>\n

      We request that vehicles are not used between 23.00 and 08.00 to minimise noise for other guests. We usually do our evening rounds and lock the gates by 21.00 and unlock again at 07.00. The code to unlock the gates will be provided on arrival.<\/p>\n

      Liability
      <\/b>While we take great care to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, all guests stay at their own risk.
